arg! These are the days of my computer's life. Today it was in a car accident. The computer guy had taken it again on whatever night that was, um, Tuesday I think. Today he was carting it to work so the guys there could help him figure out what was wrong with it and he was in a car accident. The computer went flying from the seat of the car and the screen of my beautiful laptop was killed. Computer dude called in to find out how much it is to replace and apparently it costs $800. He still can't get the rest of the computer fixed and can't even get my information from the hard drive. He is now ordering me a new computer (giving us a $1000 credit, leaving us with $400 to pay), which won't be in for 3 business days and I'll be in Calgary on Tuesday (BOO!). New computer next Wednesday then I guess, however, I want to see the specs on this thing before I agree how better it is. Also, if I don't get my stuff off my old computer I will cry. I WAS saving up for an iPod but now I am going to owe my parents $400, so much for that.
