No need to freak out

Being more emotional means I deep breath quite a bit. Like yesterday when I was out and I saw an ambulance and a fire truck go by with sirens blaring. I know it means nothing good at all when you see something like that and I almost felt like crying and maybe running after them to make sure everyone was ok. I took a deep breath and told myself there wasn't anything I could do and I had to let it go. After a minute I felt ok again.

Music feels more intense now, but I like it that way. I just have to keep alert and notice what I'm feeling and I should be fine.
